Groton Community Profile

Market Trends Analysis

Groton's Planning Department commissioned a comprehensive Economic and Market Trends Analysis in 2016 as an accompaniment to the broader efforts to update the zoning regulations and streamline the permitting process. The analysis has served as the guiding document for ongoing economic development initiatives. As a supplement to the Market Analysis, a community-wide survey of both residents and businesses was conducted, the results of which are available in the Summary of Findings and the Data Results.
