Groton approves plan for Boost Bowls restaurant in downtown Mystic

The town has approved plans to renovate the former Densmore Oil Co. building at 1 Water St. into a mixed-use space with a Boost Bowls restaurant on the first floor.
Last week, the town’s Planning and Zoning Commission unanimously approved a plan from Blue Turtle LLC to renovate the former office building at the corner of Water Street and West Main Street.
Peter J. Springsteel, an architect representing Blue Turtle, said the first-floor tenant is proposed to be Boost Bowls.
