Groton Heights Project Concept / Development Team Presentation and Q&A

The Town Council has selected Eastern CT Housing Opportunities (ECHO) as the preferred development team for Groton Heights.
The Proposed Project:

• Historic Adaptive Reuse: Converting the historic building into 17 units of affordable housing.
• Site Enhancements: Environmental remediation, new landscaping, and recreation space.
• Sustainability: Integrated green features to ensure long-term viability.

Town staff will host a brief preferred Project Concept / Development Team Presentation and Q&A with the ECHO Team, where residents are invited to ask questions and learn about the proposed project concept and development team and how it meets the goals the Town Council set forth for the property.

This event is held before the public hearing on April 7 so that residents can be informed about the project prior to the public hearing.
