Connecticut restaurants, shops and outdoor attractions reopen

As Connecticut entered phase one of its reopening Wednesday from the closures resulting from the coronavirus, people left their homes to eat outdoors at local restaurants, shop and visit the aquarium.
Colin Harrington of Waterford said it's crucial to support small businesses, and he plans to try eating out. But he is concerned social distancing practices and masks will lessen the customers' experience, and if that's the case, he'll stick to takeout service.
