Fast-growing coffee chain to make debut in region

A West Hartford-based company has filed a flurry of applications with the planning departments of Norwich, Groton and Waterford to build 7 Brew Coffee locations in each town.
7 Brew, based in Arkansas, is a national chain of drive-thru coffee shops. The company has Connecticut locations in Wallingford, New Haven, North Haven, Orange, Bridgeport and Vernon.
7 Brew has more than 600 stores across the country, with more scheduled to open this year, according to documents filed with the project plans.
