Happy New Year from The Mystic Cheese Company! As you may have heard, 2018 is going to be a huge year for Mystic Cheese! We are opening a new location in Groton this summer and we will be neighbors with our friends at The Beer'd Brewing Company! We will be serving up amazing grilled cheese sandwiches, cheese boards, and have cut to order artisan cheeses to go.
