The Town Council has agreed to sell the former Pleasant Valley Elementary School property for $800,000 to a developer that plans to build multi-family housing there.
The council voted 7-1 last week to approve a purchase and sale agreement with Norwalk-based Spinnaker Real Estate Partners.
The agreement outlines the terms of the sale and project conditions for the nearly 17-acre town-owned property at 380 Pleasant Valley Road. The property houses an elementary school that shuttered in 2017.
