The Mystic Business Park on Flanders Road is in line for an expansion.
Owner Tim Tylaska said he is planning the expansion because the more than 100-unit business park is fully occupied and some existing tenants want to expand, while other prospective tenants want to move into the facility.
The business park, located in an industrial mixed-use zone at 800 Flanders Road, houses a variety of small businesses, from electricians and plumbers to manufacturing, he said.
The expansion, called Mystic Business Park II, calls for four buildings at 700 Flanders Road. Tylaska said the plan is to construct one building a year, and he hopes to start in the spring.
