Paddle craft rally planned Saturday on Mystic River

The Downtown Mystic Merchants and Greater Mystic Chamber of Commerce will present Floatchella, a pop-up paddle craft rally on the Mystic River, Saturday from 1 to 4 p.m.
The rally will take place north of the drawbridge on the west side of the river, and outside the channel. All forms of paddle craft are welcome, including kayaks, paddleboards and canoes. Lifejackets are required and motorized vessels are asked to stay clear of the event.
