A new restaurant plans to open early this spring in the former Pizzetta space at 7 Water St. in downtown Mystic.
COAST provisions + tipples restaurant will serve “locally sourced, approachable, and innovative New American cuisine with touches of New England seafood,” according to a news release. The restaurant will feature food with local ingredients, craft cocktails and wine.
Moses Laboy and his wife Lauren Wells, who have a “combined 40 years in hospitality,” will open the restaurant, according to the announcement.
